Welcome to Westhaven Town Center

Westhaven’s exciting new commercial district is taking shape with the introduction of the first four Town Center buildings.  

Westhaven’s Discovery Center Building will house Westhaven Realty’s Discovery Center, one additional for-lease office tenant and four luxury condo units on the second floor served by a full-size elevator.  Our Bank Building will be anchored by a full-service Regions Bank branch with two additional retail suites on the ground floor.  The second floor of the Bank Building will house three luxury condo units again served by a full-size elevator.  The Health and Business Center is anchored by Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Additional tenants in the Health and Business Center include Dr. Sara B. Northcutt, DDS and Westhaven Pharmacy.  Harris Teeter also joins Westhaven Town Center with a full service grocery location.
